QCan I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

Sure. We can keep your luggage for free before check-in or after check-out.
Please feel free to ask the front desk staff.

QIs early check-in available?

Early check-in is based upon availability or room cleaning status, and cannot be confirmed until check-in time at 4p.m.. It is possible to leave your luggage in our storage room for free so please feel free to ask .

QDo you have Non-smoking room?

Yes. Please confirm the plan designated for non-smoking, or designate non-smoking room type upon reservation. However, the number of non-smoking room is restricted, so it may not be confirm upon availability or room type. The non-smoking room type and the number are as follows:
Non-smoking twin room x5
Non-smoking double room x2
Non-smoking deluxe twin room x3
Non-smoking Japanese and Western x2
* Smoking is allowed all room types except above.

QWhat room amenities are available?

All room have Yukata, hand towel, face towel, two-in-one shampoo, body soap, bar soap, razor, hair dryer, Japanese tea bag.

QDoes room have a refrigerator?

Yes. We have refrigerators in each room but without a freezer.
A refrigerators is empty, so please use as you like.
If you need a freezer, please contact to the front desk.
However, it may not be accepted. Please understand in advance.

QDo you accept credit cards?

We accept the following credit cards for payment: VISA, JCB, American Express, Diners and so on.

About Dining

QPlease tell me the breakfast menu. Where is the breakfast venue?

Basically the breakfast is Japanese set menu.
however, it may be changebed from set menus to buffet depending on the number of guests.
Breakfast is available at "CHIN DA TEI" on lobby floor.
Also, it may be changebed to 2nd floor depending on the number of guests.

* Guests who wish to have breakfast have, please chose accommodation plan with breakfast upon reservation. If staying overnight without meals and want to add breakfast, please tell the front desk staff. (It may not be accepted depending on the situation.) Breakfast fee: Can be added at 900YEN (tax included).

About service

QIs there internet access?

Yes. Wireless access is available for free of charge in all rooms. We do not have PC in the room so please bring it if you need. Depending on the location, there are rooms where the Internet is difficult to connect, so please understand. If you do not have a wireless handset or built-in machine, please ask the front desk staff to have a connecting receiver of LAN cable.

QIs PC rental available?

PC rental is not available. We have installed a desktop computer at the lobby. Please use it freely as it is free of charge.

Around the hotel

QIs there a convenience store around the hotel?

The nearest convenience store is 'Seven Eleven Goto-cho'.
It is about 1 to 2 minutes on foot. 'FamilyMart Nagasaki Ekimae' and 'Lawson Nagasaki Station Mae tori" are also located within a 5-minute walk.

QAre the any ATM?

There are ATMs in the convenience store, the post office, JR Nagasaki station (within 5-minutes walk).
